Criminal suspension

These suspensions are normally the result of DWI convictions and are part of the punishment. If you had an Allen, Texas DWI and you want to avoid a suspension that will be part of your plea negotiations or trial sentencing hearing.

There are many reasons that a person's license may be suspended. The most common reason the lawyers of our firm see is too many convictions for moving violations on a driving record. If you have received a NOTICE OF SUSPENSION from the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) you need to act quickly. We always recommend that you read it carefully and request a hearing. This will buy you the time to hire an attorney. 

Next, it will be best if you request a copy of your driving record from DPS and call our law firm. In most cases, we can work out a deal to prevent your license from being suspended, but to give you a more realistic expectation one of our lawyers will need to review your driving record.
